A bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work.

Castaway II was built in the summer of 2001, and was renovated in the Spring of 2009 with tile flooring (except bedrooms) and painted throughout its interior. It is a fully furnished four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath home, with everything you will need for a quiet and restful vacation in our "no condo" single family residential community. All utensils, dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer are present for your use; TVs in the family room and master bedroom with satellite for your enjoyment, along with DVD and vcr players.

The master bedroom has a king size bed; another bedroom has twin beds; and, the remaining two bedrooms each have queen size beds. A sofa in the family room makes into a double bed.

The front deck faces east- perfect for enjoying a Gulf coast sunrise, and is shaded in the afternoon for enjoying the view of the Gulf and the constant Gulf breezes. This house is located approximately 300 feet (length of a football field) from the Gulf- the street (Bernard Court East) dead-ends on the beach- there is no cutting through other folks property, or walking great distances to gain beach access.

The area under the house is concrete which provides a parking area and/or shaded play area for children. There is plenty of off-street parking for multiple vehicles, your boat, or other watercraft.
